MANILA, Philippines — Taguig City police apprehended three individuals for illegal gambling on Tuesday evening, Nov. 12. During the arrest, P136,000 worth of drugs were also seized.
Alias “Ervin”, 17; alias “Crisanto”, 38; and alias “Biviana”, 57, were playing the card game “tong-its” when they were caught by police officer who were on routine foot patrol at Barangay Santa Ana in Taguig City at 7:10 p.m.

The Southern Police District added that the two suspects also violated the Dangerous Drug Act.
